General:
The villas are located at only a hundred meters from the shore in a country environment near Tabanan, an area which is widely known for its beautiful rice fields. From Denpasar Airport it is a 1 hour and 45 minute drive to the villas. Other luxury villas can be found in this area, such as Villa Babar, Sahaya di Sawa, Villa Katapang, Alyla group and many more. The city of Tabanan with all the necessary facilities is a mere 20 minute drive away.
The nearby village, which is called Beraban, has recently been named the most authentic and beautiful village in Bali. In order to maintain the natural views of the area, the village recommended putting all electric cables underground, which is quite unique in Bali.
Another positive aspect is that only 40% of the plot can be used for building, meaning that the other 60% has to stay green. This measure ensures your privacy and will guarantee a generous space between you and the next door neighbor, with open views to boot. |

The property:
There are two identical villas on 4,350 m2 of land, built with carefully selected, high quality materials. Each is entirely self sufficient and is equipped with everything you need to have a great stay. The two villas are separated by a natural stone wall, which can easily be taken down to create one larger villa.
You enter a villa by walking over a natural stone bridge across a pond leading directly to the large, open living room. In the living room you find a dining table seating 10 people, which is a wonderful place to dine with friends and family, or to surf the internet using the free wifi connection. In the open living area you will also find a compact and modern kitchen. From the living room you have access to the terrace, the garden and the large swimming pool where you can easily do your laps. The rice fields at the front of property belong to the owner so a clear view of the ocean is guaranteed.
The main structure of the house consists of solid 30x30 cm wooden beams, which reach heights of up to 9 meters. The roof is covered with handmade wooden shingles (sirap kayu). The bathrooms and the swimming pools are made with imported natural Indian stone. High ceilings are found in every room, so that the cool sea breeze can flow freely.
Wherever you are in the house you get fantastic views of the scenery due to this largely open structure of glass and solid wood. Overall the villas have been built to a very high standard, with eye for detail and with consideration for the surrounding landscape.
In each villa you will find three double bedrooms with access to ensuite bathrooms, which include double sinks and showers. A staircase in a corner of the living room leads you to a wonderful balcony and adjacent entertainment room.
Surrounding and inside the properties are secluded gardens, which creates a very relaxed atmosphere and once again shows the quality of these villas. It is simply a very special place which offers guests the chance to escape their busy lives in a luxurious, tranquil and traditional Balinese setting.
